Welcome to the Healing the Erotic Self's Erotic Confidence Self-Assessment

This reflective assessment invites you to explore the nourishment or neglect of your erotic needs. There are no right or wrong answers—only sacred noticing. Take your time, breathe deep, and tune in to your body’s wisdom.

This self-assessment has nine (9) questions. Keep score of the first six (6) questions asked. Each question is worth 5 points. Tally your scores and at the end of the self-assessment you will be provided with HTES Wellness Care Plan recommendations to support integrating the erotic into your everyday life.
