Womynism Sacred Circle is now Erotic Liberation: Healing Your Erotic Energy Retreat. The Erotic Liberation Retreat is a pleasure-affirming, liberation-centered, and trauma-informed integrative somatic healing one-day sexual healing retreat centering queer and non-queer Black women. 

This sacred space is inclusive of trauma survivors & neurodivergent individuals of the Global Majority seeking to gain everyday healing practices and sacred space to heal their erotic energy and their lovership.

This immersive experience introduces participants to Erospirituality- the integrative energy medicine practice as spirituality that incorporates somatic and erosomatic practices and SHIFT Integrative Somatic Healing — a  intuitive mind-body healing system of grounding, centering, nurturing, and affirmation that helps survivors create embodied safety and self-trust. Through guided breathwork, energy medicine, intuitive and trauma-informed movement, TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises), reflection, and presence practices, participants will develop tools to regulate emotions, dissolve patterns of avoidance or self-sabotage, and strengthen self-trust.

By the end of the intensive, participants will walk away with actionable somatic and erosomatic strategies for embodied regulation, empowered consent and boundary practices, and erotic empowerment in daily living.
