Decolonizing Somatics: This is a sexuality and gender affirming learning and healing space dedicated to reclaiming sexuality, somatics, and spirituality through erotic intelligence, integrative somatic healing, decolonial spirituality with trauma-informed healing practices rooted in the wisdom of the Global Majority of Black, Caribbean, African, Indigenous Turtle Islanders, Latine, East Asian, South Asian, and Pacific cultures.

Learn how to confidently and safely integrate sexuality and somatics into your healing practices with the HTES' intensives. COACHING
Erospirituality is the sacred fusion of sexuality and spirituality—eros, a grounding force that roots you in truth and liberates you from “the Defaults” (oppressive societal and sexual norms). Rooted in somatics, spirituality, and sexuality or eroticism, EC's coaching, Erotic Living, reclaims the erotic self as a daily source of power rather than a shadow of shame.

My colonized self and my decolonizing self,
My vanilla self and my kinky self,
Can you tell I might be a switch?
A joke aside, in our current societal and global state of chaos, we need deliberate ways of healing and being that honor our stages of being and healing- crisis, surviving, and thriving. Personally, and professionally, I have always desired to ways to help myself, my loved ones, my lovers, my friends, my colleagues, and my clients. Little did I know what it would mean for me to embark on this journey, I now call erotic liberation.
Whether you are a survivor, a professional who is also a survivor, or someone who is erotically curious, Erospirituality Centre (EC) has been created for us.
Erotic Liberation is a radical, embodied state of being where one’s erotic energy—sexual, spiritual, somatic, and intuitive—is reclaimed as a sacred source of truth, power, and care. It is the life force of our discerning desires, the pulse of our joy, the root of our creativity, and the mirror of our inherent worth. For those healing from trauma, marginalization, and disconnection from body, culture, and spirit, Erotic Liberation is not indulgence—it is essential. It is a return to WHOLENESS.
This healing space provides healing opportunities for both personal healing and professional growth.
