The Womanism Way™ is the methodology within Erospirituality™, the healing praxis. The concept of erospirituality was first introduced by Randolph J. Bowers in 1996 (Erospirituality: Sex, Ecology, Evolution — The Ontopoetics of Soul); Mx. Lena Queen takes up that thread and extends it into a decolonial, trauma-informed, pleasure-affirming daily practice, grounded in Audre Lorde, bell hooks, and the sexological research of Dr. Tracie Q. Gilbert. It guides both individuals and the practitioners who serve them out of shame and disconnection and into safety, self-trust, desire, and wholeness. Where a "method" implies a clinical product, a Way names a lived path — one rooted in womanism, the Black feminist tradition that centers the wholeness, spirit, and erotic life of Black women and the Global Majority.
