This module orients you to the Erotic Living framework, introduces the Erospirituality approach, and invites you into the 66-day commitment you are making to yourself.

Identifying and honoring what your erotic self requires

Most of us were never taught that we have erotic needs — let alone how to identify them. This module introduces the 6 Erotic Needs of the Erotic Self and guides you through practices to name, feel, and begin to meet your own needs with clarity and compassion rather than shame or avoidance.

Energy medicine for your relationship to pleasure

Pleasure is not a reward for productivity. It is your birthright and your nervous system's natural state of regulation. Through energy healing rituals and erosomatic practices, this module supports you in releasing the shame, colonization, and conditioning that severed your relationship to pleasure — and beginning to reclaim it as a daily source of nourishment and power.

Somatic practices for rest, restoration, and erotic aliveness

You cannot live erotically from a dysregulated nervous system. This module goes directly to the body — introducing somatic and erosomatic practices that support regulation, rest, and recovery from the chronic burnout and exhaustion that colonialism, capitalism, and caregiving have placed on your system. This is the module healers tell us changed everything.

Somatic practices for rest, restoration, and erotic aliveness

Erotic mindfulness is the practice of bringing full, non-judgmental presence to your erotic experience — in and out of sexual contexts. This module explores how consent, when understood as an ongoing relational practice rather than a single moment, becomes a profound tool for erotic confidence and authentic lovership with yourself and others.

Activating the erotic as spiritual practice

Our ancestors did not separate the erotic from the spiritual. This module reconnects you to the erospiritual dimension of your healing — working with ancestral medicine, intuitive embodiment, and the understanding that your erotic aliveness is also your spiritual power. For healers, this is the module that most directly transforms your clinical and spiritual presence.

Integrating everything into a sustainable, embodied life

The final module brings all seven threads together into a sustainable, personalized Erotic Living practice. You will create your own Erotic Living Care Plan, integrate the SHIFT framework into your daily rhythms, and understand how this seven-day foundation supports 66 days — and a lifetime — of erotic embodiment, healing, and liberation.
