There are 5 layers to somatic healing. This is neuroplasticity. Somatic practices nurture the mental and emotional space (i.e. capacity) you have. Erosomatic practices expand the capacity you create.  You will experience of both somatic and erosomatic practices that will activate these layers of neuroplasticity. This course is built around that science.

Before desire, safety: Laying the foundation for your erotic energy practice.

Nothing erotic grows in a body that does not feel safe. So we begin at the root — the base of you — building the ground everything else will stand on. You will define the erotic for yourself, rather than accepting the definition you were handed. You will set your healing intentions. And you will learn what it means to surrender without abandoning yourself.

Where desire actually lives.

The sacral center is the seat of creativity, pleasure, and wanting — and it is also, physically, the first place most of us armor. This module works both at once: the energetics of desire, and the tissue itself. D.O.S.E. teaches you to tend your erotic needs at the level of your own body chemistry. Pelvic Floor Health 101 begins the slow, careful work of de-armoring — releasing a guarding you may have carried for years without ever naming it.

Desirability is not granted to you. It is claimed by you.

The third center holds your sense of your own worth — and for many of us, that sense was shaped by people and systems that had no business shaping it. Here we take up energy work as genuine spiritual practice, and ask the harder question underneath it: who taught you what you were worth, and are you still living by their measure?

Love as a practice, not a feeling.

We will explore what bell hooks teaches us about love. The heart center governs your capacity to give love and — often much harder — to receive it. This module treats love as the practice of radical responsibility: what it asks of you, what you are allowed to ask of it, and where the gap sits between the love you pour out and the love you actually let in.

What kind of lover are you?

Your erotic expression is the bridge between what you feel and what anyone else will ever know about it. Here you meet Lovership — your particular way of loving and being loved — and take the Lovership Quiz to name it plainly. Most of us have never been asked this question. Fewer still have answered it out loud.

Presence is not a performance.

Gently learn how to move from disassociation to presence-intentionally and safely. This is the intention of erotica mindfulness. This module builds the capacity to actually stay — in your body, in the moment, in the sensation — instead of managing, monitoring, or quietly leaving. It closes with a beginner's EroSomatic Touch Practice: a first, gentle experience of touch as awareness rather than technique.

The final center is liberation, and the word we use for it here is Thrivorship — not merely surviving what happened to your erotic self, but living well beyond it. You will come to understand your energy body as one whole system, and step into the lover you have been describing for seven modules: in the body you have, in the life you are actually living.
