After 10 years as a sexuality professional and 51 years of erotic being, I created a sanctuary in which we do not have to choose which parts of us can safely show up. Allow me to introduce you to my new practice, Erospirituality Centre, the site of Healing the Erotic Self's professional learning and personal healing intensives. Erospirituality Centre is a queer-affirming erospiritual learning and healing centre committed to the integration of our erotic intelligence with our erotic embodiment informed by the indigenous healing arts and erosomatic practices from Continental and Diasporic African, Turtle Island, East Asian, and South Asian and Pacific cultures. For me, my erotic embodiment has always been both spiritual and sexual. Over time, I realized my healing needed to be the same—both spiritual and sexual.

Decolonizing my understanding of somatic intelligence, embodied healing, and sexuality I affirmingly discovered my authentic truth. That- my healing, my living, and the way I support others in their healing is deeply erotic. This truth is my divinity. With erotic curiosity, I explored, held space, and navigate an oppressive society that has removed spirit from professional care and personal healing, it becomes evident that my commitment to the liberation of marginalized erotic people is centered in empowering our ability to reclaim our relationship to both our spiritual selves and our sexual selves. This what created Healing the Erotic Self originally as a life coaching program. However, as I leaned more into this liberating work, the practice I had originally created restricted my ability to show up. Even within social work and therapy, transpersonal practices or spiritual practices like meditation and energy work was available, it was still presented in colonized ways that disconnected both the client and the clinician or healer from crediting the cultures in which these practices came, created further distance from their cultural understanding of their own ancestral lineage and healing practices, and removed any non-binary way of understanding sexuality, gender, energy, and sensuality.

At Erospirituality Centre, I am dedicated to creating spaces where individuals and professionals can reclaim their erotic power, deepen their embodied connection of mind, body, spirit, and energy, and embrace the lovership of their authentic selves.
