Biography

Mx. Lena Queen (Queen/they) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Somatic Sexologist, and the founder of Erospirituality.com — an Integrative Somatic Sexological Healing and Professional Learning Institute rooted in the decolonial sacred fusion of sexuality and spirituality. Featured in Essence, them., and Verywell Mind, Mx. Queen brings a rare convergence of clinical rigor and ancestral wisdom to every platform.

Drawing from their personal journey — from surviving a mental health crisis in 2021 to embodying erotic liberation — Mx. Queen's work centers a revolutionary belief: we are meant to live whole and pleasurably. Through their signature frameworks — The Other EQ (Erotic Intelligence) and Erosomatic healing practices — they guide QTBIPOC communities, healing professionals, and corporate leaders to reclaim their erotic energy as a divine compass for life, love, and leadership.

We Need a WHOLENESS POV

"We are not on this earth just for the use of our labor. Erotic energy is life force — a divine GPS guiding us back to wholeness, purpose, and love."

Given the current state of LGBTQIA+ healthcare inequity and limited access to affirming services for the Global Majority, we need a paradigm shift.

Research in neuroscience, trauma recovery, and provider burnout shows that capacity building is integrative—mind, body, energy, and spirit. Sustainable, ethical care requires more than cognitive or behavioral strategies alone; it requires the wisdom of the body.

Embodied intelligence—the integration of emotional intelligence, somatic intelligence, and erotic intelligence—is essential to:

  • Provider well-being
  • Burnout prevention and recovery
  • Ethical, affirming, and equitable healthcare delivery

Professional capacity building is not a luxury or optional add-on.
It is an ethical imperative.
