Erospirituality as Decolonial Healing Approach
From my years in both my personal practices with my "professional" integration, I was frustrated to only be " Other Considerations" in academia and its literature without seemingly accessible or decolonial path to developing interventions, practices, nor coaching that affirmed myself nor my clients' WHOLE-Self somatically, culturally, sexually, energetically, and spiritually. After 23 years of being a trauma-responsive integrative somatic psychotherapist, an embodied wellness coach, and almost 10 of those years as a clinical somatic sexologist, I created a path, Healing the Erotic Self.

Healing the Erotic Self (HTES) and its offerings like The Other EQ: Erotic Intelligence Masterclass was created to center Black queer and trans erotic experiences while affirming the Global Majority of Black, African, Carribean, Indigenous Turtle Islanders, Latine, Asian American, and Pacific Islanders. HTES centers the healing justice values like love, consent, and safety with practices like breathwork, energy work, and sacred sexuality with queer-affirming, healing-centered, erotic-informed embodied and collective liberation for not only our sexual healing but also for our spiritual healing.
