This month at the Erospirituality Centre we are exploring breath and embodiment with several offerings for personal and professional expansion.
September 2025 Erospirituality Offerings
After completing the 7-Day Healing Your Erotic Energy Practice, I am renewed in my capacity and commitment to provide erotic education and erotic practices for our everyday living. This happens by honoring the sacred relationship between our sexuality and our spirituality. It was this reason that I became a sex therapist and expanded my practices with the integrative connection of our mind, body, spirit, and energy. Erospirituality Centre was created to be an accessible practice to support how we are caring for ourselves, in addition to, therapy, coaching, and community-building we are choosing. Erospirituality Centre offers erotic education masterclasses, personal healing and professional learning intensives, in addition to erotic self-paced resources such as the SHIFT Somatic Wellness Plan and soon-to-be-released Erotic Living Course.
This month's offerings include:
- Erotic Liberation Masterclass on Tuesday, 9/9 at 730pm
- Breath into Bliss Erotic Breathwork Masterclass on Saturday, 9/13 at 1130am
- Intro to Integrative Somatic Sex Therapy on Saturday 9/20 at 1130am
- SHIFT One-Day Somatic Healing Intensive on Sunday 9/28 at 1130am
