August is Erotic Embodiment Month
It is the month we deepen our relationship to our erotix reclamation — with courage and intention — your WHOLENESS as sacred ground.

My intention moving forward is for this monthly newsletter, Embodied Liberation, is a love letter reminding you of your WHOLENESS. I want us to center the audacity to nurture our erotic aliveness. Not bc of anything else other than that is what we deserve. Our erotix aliveness is not because we filled our cups but bc the first cup we poured, we poured onto ourselves.
Imagine you making decisions not from obligation, survival, or self-sacrifice, but from desire. Now allow yourself to feel that desire.
This month in Erospirituality Centre, we are going to nurture that desire. That is what the erotix is. Here is one way of nurturing that desire:
Featured Practice: Erotic Body Attunement
Body Attunement is the first of the five components of Erotic Intelligence — and it is the foundation of everything else. You cannot access desire, navigate consent, or experience genuine pleasure if you cannot hear what your body is saying.

✦ The Practice: Each morning this month, before you reach for your phone, spend three minutes in body attunement. Scan from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. No judgment, no fixing. Just noticing. Where is there warmth? Where is there tightness? Where is there something that wants your attention? This is the beginning of erotic self-literacy. |
